If the parcel is damaged, shows signs of impact or the packaging is torn, please refuse to accept the parcel. It will be returned to us automatically for inspection.
📌 Before refusing the parcel, you can take a photo as evidence. This helps us resolve the issue more quickly with the courier company.
💳 The parcel has already been paid for. What should I do?
If you have already paid for the order, we will issue a full refund of the amount you paid as soon as the parcel arrives back at our warehouse.
📌 The refund is automatically sent to the account linked to the payment method you used, usually within 24–48 working hours.
🛒 I still want the products in my order. What can I do?
You can place a new order with the same products. We will make sure the new parcel is packed properly and delivered safely to you.
