I received a different product than the one ordered. What am I doing?

All you have to do is to open a ticket where you fill in our form with the information needed to identify the order, and leave us a message with the reported problem.
We will send you the correct product, we will take care of the procedures for picking up the wrongly sent product.

How long does it take to receive a new product if I received the wrong product?
The delivery will be processed as a new order.
