All you need to do is send us a message and fill in our form with the information needed to identify your order, making sure to include the new delivery address in your message.

Once the address has been updated, we’ll let you know by email that the change was successfully applied.

📌 Please request the change as soon as possible, before the parcel is shipped, so that we can update the address in time.

If you’ve received an SMS or email containing the tracking link and the parcel has an incorrect delivery address, you can contact the courier company directly to request redirection of the parcel, depending on whether their service allows this.
