If you entered the wrong billing address, don’t worry 🙂. All you need to do is fill in our support form with the information we need to identify your order and mention the new billing details in your message.

We will cancel the original invoice and issue a new invoice with the correct details, based on the information you provide.

📌 It’s important to request the change as soon as possible after receiving the invoice, so that we can process it within the legal tax time frame.

🏢  I received the invoice in my personal name and I need it in my company’s name. What should I do?

If the payment or the courier’s receipt was issued in the company’s name, all you have to do is complete our form with the information needed to identify your order and provide your company’s billing details.

If the payment or receipt was made in your personal name, unfortunately we cannot change the invoice details afterwards 😔.
