If the order has not yet been handed over to the courier, we can update the name of the contact person and the phone number.
All you need to do is complete our support form and provide the new contact details there.
📌 Once the parcel has been handed over to the courier, changes can only be requested using the options
in the tracking link or by contacting the courier directly.
