🧾 I can’t find my invoice. What should I do?
The invoice was sent automatically by email or SMS when your order was confirmed. Try searching your inbox (including “Spam/Promotions”) using terms such as “invoice” or the name of the store.
📌 Also check your SMS messages — sometimes the link to your invoice / order confirmation is there. If you have an account on our website, you can also find it in your order history.
🆘 I can’t find the invoice and I deleted the SMS / email, or no longer have access to my email or phone. What can I do?
Don’t worry 🙂. Please send us a message and fill in our support form with the information we need to identify your order (for example: full name, phone number used for the order, delivery address, approximate order date, products ordered, estimated value). We will resend your invoice.
📌 A duplicate invoice has the same legal and tax value. For faster processing, please also provide any other useful details (order ID, invoice number if you know it) so we can locate your order quickly.
