Once your order has been shipped, the address can only be changed via a redirect request with the courier, if this service is available. You can make the change directly from the tracking page you received by SMS or email.

📌 If a redirect is not possible, please contact the courier’s customer service or send us a ticket — we’ll do our best to help you update the address.
