If the parcel is damaged, shows dents or the packaging is torn, please refuse the parcel on delivery. It will be returned to us automatically for assessment.

📌 Before you refuse the parcel, you can take a photo as proof. This can help us resolve the issue more quickly with the courier.

💳  The parcel has already been paid for. What should I do?

If you have already paid for the order, we will process a full refund of the amount paid as soon as the parcel is received back at our warehouse.

📌 The refund is automatically sent to the account used for the original payment, usually within 24–48 working hours.

🛒  I would still like the products from my order. What can I do?

You can place a new order with the same items. We will ensure the new parcel is carefully packed and reaches you safely.
