🔄 I’ve received an SMS/email with the tracking link, but the status isn’t updating. Why?
The tracking status may have a delay of a few hours until the parcel is first scanned in the courier’s depot. Your order is still being processed or is in transit, even if the tracking page doesn’t update straight away.
📌 Check the tracking link again after 1–2 hours; if there are still no updates after 24 hours, please contact us via a ticket so we can look into it.
