If you’ve entered the wrong billing address, don’t panic 🙂. Simply fill in our support form with the information we need to identify your order and include the new billing details in your message.

We’ll cancel the original invoice and issue a new invoice with the correct details, based on the information you provide to us.

📌 It’s important to request the change as soon as possible after receiving your invoice so that we can process it within the legal tax deadline.

🏢  I’ve received the invoice in my personal name but I need it in my company’s name. What should I do?

If the payment or the courier’s receipt has been issued to your company, you just need to complete our form with the details we need to identify your order and provide your company’s billing information.

If the payment or receipt was made as a private individual, unfortunately we can’t amend the invoice details afterwards 😔.
