At the moment, not all courier companies offer the possibility to pay by bank card. For this reason, we recommend having cash available when your order is delivered.
📌 If you have not yet received the SMS or email with the order tracking link, you can cancel the order and place a new one, choosing another payment method (for example, online card payment).
💬 I have received the SMS with the tracking link. Can anything still be done?
Unfortunately, after the parcel has been taken over by the courier, we can no longer make changes to the payment method.
