All you need to do is send us a message and complete our form with the details needed to identify your order, making sure you mention the new delivery address in your message.
Once we’ve updated the address, we’ll email you to confirm that the change has been applied successfully.
📌 Please request the change as early as possible, before the parcel is dispatched, so that we can update the address in good time.
🚚 I’ve received an SMS or email with a tracking link. Can I still change the address?
If you’ve received an SMS or email containing the tracking link and the parcel has an incorrect delivery address, you can contact the courier company directly to request redirection of the parcel, depending on whether this service is available with them.
📌 Some couriers allow you to change the address directly from the tracking page (using the link in the SMS or email). If this option is not available, please contact their customer service team.
