If one of the products is defective or not as described, all you need to do is submit a product replacement request by filling in our support form.
We will ship a new product, and if it is no longer available in our offer, we will refund the value of the product.
📌 Please note: the replacement can only be made with the same product, in the same version or model.
⏱️ How long does it take to receive the new product?
The delivery of the replacement product is processed as a new order. The estimated delivery time is shown on the product page.
📌 You will receive an exact delivery confirmation for the new product by SMS or email as soon as the order has been confirmed.
