Depending on the platform where you placed the order, you can cancel it directly from your account or by submitting a cancellation request.

If this option isn’t available, simply open a ticket and fill in our form with the information needed to identify your order (e.g. order ID, full name, phone number, email address, delivery address, items ordered, approximate order date).

📌 Once your request has been processed, you’ll receive an email confirming that the cancellation has been completed.

🚚  The order has already been handed over to the courier and I no longer want it. What should I do?

You can refuse to accept the parcel at delivery. The parcel will automatically be returned to us and we will update the status of your order once we receive it.

📌 After we receive the return from the courier, we’ll send you a confirmation by email. In some tracking links there is also an option such as “Refuse parcel” or “Change delivery” – if available, you can use it directly.
